How to Join a Wait List

1. READ THIS PAGE ENTIRELY, submit your Puppy Application & $500 Deposit. Zelle: (760) 815-4423 or Venmo @sunnyridgedoodles
2. Include in the payment Memo: Your Name, Phone#, & Wait List size (MICRO, MINI, or ULTRA) 
3. IMPORTANT! After submitting, please be sure to contact Kelly directly via text to confirm we've received everything. We will save your contact information and all ongoing communication will be call/text (no email). Send any additional preferences as well. By sending your deposit, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below.

Schedule for Updates and Puppy Selections

1. Between 0-1 weeks old: New Litter Announcement will be added to the website with Parent details including litter birthdate & scheduled Meet & Greet/Take Home Appointment Date. Limited details will be posted online, but questions are welcome!
2. At 2 weeks old: Litter Preview Photo including details about the number of puppies born & the colors and genders. We will ask all Wait List members to confirm interest based on ready date and the puppy's information.
3. At 4-5 weeks old: SELECTION TIME! Puppies will have a variety of photos or video taken showcasing their color & markings, eyes, coat type, & the beginnings of their tiny expressions & personalities. Prices of each puppy will also be determined. Wait List families who've confirmed interest will be contacted in deposit order to select a puppy. The chosen puppy will then be held exclusively for that family to meet at the 8 week Meet & Greet/Take Home Appointment. Phone consults with Kelly are available. Each family is given 24 hours to respond to our text. Unclaimed puppies will be added to the website for public view.
4. At 6-7 weeks old: New photos and/or videos will be provided to each family that has claimed a puppy. It's important to remember that the Meet & Greet at 8 weeks old is the opportunity to evaluate the puppy's temperament and finalize the purchase in-person.

Terms & Conditions

• BY SENDING A DEPOSIT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please read carefully.
• Deposit is $500 to join one of our 3 Wait Lists. Deposits are non-refundable, can be used for a time frame of 12 months/365 days from date received, and will expire if unused. (Example: A deposit sent on 1/1/2027 will expire on 12/31/2027). If a deposit goes unused for 12 months and you wish to be readded to the Wait List, a new deposit is required and a new start date will apply. This will ensure fairness for all so no one can hold 1st pick for an extended period of time.
• Deposits are applied to the total price of your puppy and balance due is CASH. Checks and electronic payments are not accepted in-person. Puppies traveling with a flight nanny must be paid for in full by 8 weeks old or 3 days before travel via Zelle or Venmo. Wire transfers must be paid 7 days in advance. Delayed pickup appointments 1+ week after a puppy's ready date will require an additional payment of $500 towards the cost of the puppy as a flat rate boarding fee. This is non-refundable and non-transferable if the reservation is then cancelled for ANY reason. No exceptions.
• Preferences on appearance within reason are completely ok! However, we cannot guarantee a specific combination of breed + size + gender + coat type + color + markings + additional rare traits like blue eyes. All puppies offered to the wait list are considered "pet quality" and we reserve the right to retain any that we deem to be breeding quality for our program. Upon accepting a deposit, there is no expressed agreement that we will produce a very specific puppy or replica of another dog. The puppies produced during the 12 month time frame are all unique and we cannot control exact combinations of genetics. Wait List families should have preferences aligned with budget. Pricing based on color and traits ranges $3,500 - $7,500.
•  When offered an opportunity to select a puppy, you may claim one or "pass" for the next litter. Once a puppy has been selected via verbal/text agreement, that puppy is held exclusively and will not be offered to any other families. Any cancellation of that reservation within 3 days of the ready date or pickup appointment is considered a "no show" and is an automatic forfeiture of the puppy, deposit, and any additional payments towards boarding fees. Please make all financial, preparatory, & travel arrangements in advance. We understand that life happens, but we do not make exceptions to the policies that protect us and our puppies.
• Change of Wait List size preference? No Problem! Your Wait List Deposit can be applied to an available puppy of a different size, but only after that wait list has completed their selections. Our goal is to make sure you get the PERFECT puppy for your family!

Don't want to submit a deposit in advance? Unsure when the time will be right? No problem! Our standard selection process of "1st come 1st serve" will still be available after Wait List selections are complete, and the remaining puppies are added to our website. Standard deposits are also $500 and can be sent to claim a particular puppy rather be join a Wait List.
